Hey everyone!

Today is a good update, it's a great update, all good news for you all! First and foremost I'd like to present the latest The Few and Cursed Kickstarter campaign. 

As most of you already know Rock Manor Games produced a board game based on The Few and Cursed but perhaps not a lot of you know we've produced a companion art book featuring all the amazing art produced for the game, the process behind them, some insider info and more.

The book was printed alongside the game and we thought to ourselves why not offer the remaining units of the print run to Few and Cursed fans that might not have wanted to buy it with the board game but would like a copy anyway.

We are then basically using Kickstarter as a pre-order platform to help us distribute the books. We pretty much don't have a goal, stretch goals or tiers, the idea is for everyone to go in, purchase a copy of  the book and get it shipped as soon as funds and shipping addresses are collected.

No fuss, no muss.

Copies are LIMITED though since we are selling the end of the run so make sure to get yours as early as possible and don't forget you won't be charged until the campaign ends anyway so putting a pledge in early is pretty much just reserving a copy of the book.

Once it's gone it's gone.

FULFILLMENT TO RESUME IMMEDIATELY!

I'm happy to announce that everything worked out during my quarantine in Mexico and I was able to make my way back to Florida. I know I have about 1/3 of the packages to send out yet and I'm going to start working on them immediately.

I expect to complete fulfillment for this Kickstarter campaign in the next two weeks \o/

Every single item has been stocked or restocked (Shadow Nation, Few and Cursed comics 1 thru 6) and I will start signing them today and prepping the first parcels to go out over the weekend.

Missing, Returned or Damaged Items will be sorted out after fulfillment is complete. If you've already sent in an e-mail you don't need to do anything else. If not PLEASE E-MAIL ME AT [email protected].

Any problems with your package must be dealt with via e-mail, no exceptions.

I'm ecstatic to finally be completing this Kickstarter campaign and putting it behind us. I cannot thank you all enough for your patience and understanding in these trying times.

Fulfillment to resume in about a month! Plus announcements for The Few and Cursed in 2021 \o/

Hey gang,

I hope this finds you all well and safe. After some bumming news for some of you in our last update I'm happy to report things are going back on track and fulfillment is set to resume on February 25th.

Let me say that again:

FULFILLMENT FOR THIS KICKSTARTER WILL RESUME ON FEB. 25TH \o/

About 1/3 of the backers did not have their rewards shipped yet and I plan on making that right next time I'm back in the US which is already schedule to happen in the next month or so. I'll be once again quarantining in Mexico before making my way to Florida in what is now being called Operation Guacamole.

Both Shadow Nation books and re-prints for The Few and Cursed issues #1-#4 are already en route from China and I will complete fulfillment for this campaign before moving on to the next one.

A word on replacement packages for missing or damaged items

These will also go out around the same date but please know that the hardcover edition of the book is VERY LIMITED so unless the damage was substantial there won't be any replacements. I apologize for the inconvenience, I did my best to ship these as safely and quickly as possible but unfortunately a few units suffered minor wear on the corners while in transit and I won't be able to replace these.

THE FEW AND CURSED SEASON 2 ANNOUNCEMENTS

Yes, we have a LOT planned for 2021, folks, and I cannot wait to get started on the future of this universe with a number of new stories, characters and curses!

While season 1 saw the release of three different books, season 2 will really up the count with a number of releases already in the works, check them out:

- Brand new six-issue story arc that's a direct sequel to the Crows of Mana'Olana

- Chronicles of the Few and Cursed Vol. 2

- The Few and Cursed: Shadow War

- Untitled new young adult TRILOGY graphic novel series

- Mystery spin-off title

The new six-issue story arc already has a title and  has been outlined and I'm thrilled to share we will be introducing a  whole new cast of characters. As soon as Fabiano starts working on concepts and designs I will make a bigger announcement \o/

That's it for today, I will be back in touch in about a month once I have made it back to Florida and back to work on fulfilling all outstanding pledges.

Hey everyone!

Sorry for the tardiness in sharing this update. I wanted to have done it on Tuesday or even Wednesday but man this week was rough. Not only did we wrap the Kickstarter to fund production of the trade paperback I was also going to the post-office everyday to ship as many parcels as possible before flying to Brazil...

And that's the first piece of news: I'm writing all of you from Brazil already after a lengthy 16hr flight going through Mexico but I'm happy to announce that Operation Quesadilla was a tremendous success as I was able to ship over 2.000 packages across three different Kickstarter campaigns that piled on one another.

First an important announcement:

IF YOU DID NOT GET AN E-MAIL BY NOW WITH A TRACKING CODE, YOUR PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN SENT. It's as simple as that. BackerKit sends e-mails with tracking automatically and they might end up in the Spam or Junk Folder - please look for them thoroughly.

 HOW FAR DID YOU GET WITH FULFILLMENT FOR PAINTING THE WORLD RED?

I wish I could've done more but as of right now I've shipped about 2/3 of all Painting the World Red parcels - basically every package that did NOT include any Shadow Nation or Issues #1 thru #6 of the original comic book series.

For those that might not know fulfillment for Shadow Nation had to be delayed because of slower than usual transit times for boats coming from China. The printer ended up missing one of the boats and the next would not leave until a couple of weeks later putting delivery somewhere between Christmas and New Year's. Shadow Nation will not make it to the US until mid-February.

Any rewards including issues #1 thru #4 of the regular Few and Cursed series were not sent because those books got sold out. I ran out of them. Back when each fulfillment was going to happen in turns (Few#6 first, then Painting the World Red a couple of months later then Shadow Nation, all three about two months away from one another) I would have had the chance to go over the inventory at the end of each one and re-order anything that were low in numbers.

I did not have that chance.

Obviously I have checked and organized the entire inventory after the behemoth that was the fulfillment for The Few and Cursed #6 and I have already put in the order with the printer for a new print run for the first four books of the series. These will ship along with Shadow Nation and will make port in Florida in mid-February as well.

WHEN WILL FULFILLMENT FOR OUTSTANDING PACKAGES HAPPEN THEN?

They will be the first out the door when I go back to Florida in February. I'm going to complete fulfillment for Painting the World Red before starting on the next one. And I really would like to take the opportunity to apologize to all backers affected by all this.

I know it sucks having to wait a little longer and in this case a lot longer and I am absolutely and truly sorry. You were all following up on my adventures these past two months and I really would like to appeal to your understanding.

There's a little bit of silver lining though in being among those having to wait a little longer. Packaging and shipping the art books sucked, I'm being completely honest here. They ended up so big that pretty much all the supplies I got (especially the bags and boxes) were either too tight or wouldn't fit at all and I had to do my best and improvise.

With a two month window and already knowing the challenges ahead I will be able to do better and learn from the feedback of people that already got their packages. 

Which brings me to my next point...

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

Please read these carefully if you are among the backers that got their orders and something was wrong with it. As outlined above fulfillment for Painting the World Red had some real challenges because of the size and weight of the books.

Plus I still did it all myself and obviously I'm prone to errors. Let me apologize in advance for any mistakes that happened, any damage in transit, anything at all, and rest assured that whatever it is, it will be handled. Albeit it will take a little while.

Please do not send DMs or leave comments about missing or damage items. I need you to e-mail me what happened, please include photos, so I can queue you up for replacement packages going out in 2021.

With that said, I will go through every situation in a case by case analysis so please bear with me and allow me the chance to best make it up to you. My goal is to make sure all of you are 100% happy with your Few and Cursed experience.

This will be the last update of the year but I will be back in January and February with more concrete dates and travel plans back to the US. Until then I wish all of you Happy Holidays and stay safe out there!

Hey gang!

First off let me share once again the Kickstarter link for the trade paperback collecting the Crows of Mana'Olana saga because we have ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT in the campaign and honestly backers have been killing it with over $110K in pledges and 28 (TWENTY EIGHT!!!!) Stretch Goals unlocked \o/

That's right, we have unlocked three complete phases of Stretch Goals and the last one promises brand new content, brand new stories, to be added to the book:

This campaign has been off the charts and I really must be thankful to everyone that pledged so far. I really hope I can honor those pledges and deliver the best products possible. And with over 20 Stretch Goals unlocked you can bet that every single package going out the mail will be loaded with collectibles.

As I've mentioned before the books turned out bigger than anticipated and I did my best to package them as safely as possible so hopefully they will arrive without any damages, problems or whatever. One note though:

I have not packaged or shipped any parcels with The Few and Cursed comic books. Those will ship once fulfillment for TFAC#6 Kickstarter is completed (which should happen in the next couple of days).

So if you are among those 80+ backers please know your parcel will ship later this week or even early next week.

I think most of you will be surprised at the quality of the art book and other items though, I was really proud of the content while packaging it all:

Hey gang!

This is it, the last step before I start shipping out packages to fulfill this Kickstarter! I'm still busy fulfilling The Few and Cursed #6 but I am going to do one straight up after the other. I already got all the shipping supplies for the art books on the way and all that is left to do now is lock down your addresses :D

Real quick though, let me just share the super exciting news we have passed 1.000 backers on the Kickstarter to produce the trade paperback collecting all six Crows of Mana'Olana comic books! This means we already unlocked almost 20 Stretch Goals, we're working towards the last one of Phase 2 and about to announce a whole new group of collectible items with Phase 3!!

BackerKit will be locking down everyone's shipping addresses in the next 48hrs. If you need to update your information there are two ways about it. If your address remains the same, you are all set, you don't need to do anything.

Only follow these instructions if you need to change your shipping address:
