Howdy, folks!
Let's get to the good news first along with some pretty cool pics. The art book The Few and Cursed: Painting the World Red has finished printing!!!
The printer in China didn't send a lot of pics but I will share them with you all. I'm really happy how the book turned out, it truly looks like a collector's edition :D
Pictured above is the regular softcover edition while you can check out a couple of pics showing the Kickstarter Exclusive hardcover.
I was particularly impressed by the size of it and how thick it looks in comparison to the hand holding the books in the last book. I can't wait to get my own hands on these. Which brings me to a little bit of bad news I'm afraid...
As you can tell from the photos we were right on schedule to ship your rewards as planned. With production on these completed it would take 4 to 6 weeks for them to arrive in Florida and go through processing, sorting and packaging.
Except I won't be in Florida for the foreseeable future... and that sucks.
And while I can't travel the printer will hold on to them in China. For those that don't know there is a travel ban on people coming in from Brazil where I currently am since mid-March. I'm from Brazil, it is my country of residence, I just fly (or used to) frequently between Florida and Brazil.
I've been delaying fulfillment on my Kickstarter campaigns waiting for the borders to re-open and that will surely affect the fulfillment for this one as well. I don't want to get into a lot of details about it but I do have a plan to make it to the US in September and start fulfilling the campaigns in order.
Meaning this will probably be pushed back by a few weeks. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and I hope you can all relate and understand.

Hey everyone!
As promised last week digital files have been sent via BackerKit directly to your Kickstarter registered e-mail accounts. All files have been sent with download instructions but a couple of things to keep in mind:
1- Check your Spam. E-mails will come from BackerKit and they can end up in your spam or junk folder. Please search for any and all e-mails coming from BackerKit, please.
2- BackerKit Surveys must have been filed out. I still have 25 backers that have not filled out their surveys yet and without completed surveys no rewards will be sent - digital or otherwise.
If you haven't filled out your survey please click the link below, do it, and you'll immediately and automatically get an e-mail with the digital files:

If you are still not able to retrieve your personal Survey after clicking the link above please contact me at [email protected] so we can get the good folks over at BackerKit on it.
For those that did fill out their BackerKit Surveys here's what's gonna happen now:
In the next 24 to 48hrs each and every one of you will get an e-mail from BackerKit with instructions on how to download your digital files. There are two items that will go out to every backer:
Backers that have pledged for packages including back issues or other titles will get their respective digital copies along with the stuff above. It's all done automatically and securely via BackerKit.

Howdy, everyone!
Sorry for being AWOL for a little while there, things have been a bit busier than usual amidst all the craziness we are all going through with this pandemic. But I'm happy to say this update is all about good news and nothing else =)
I've been actually sitting on this piece of news for two weeks now. There's been a bit of back and forth between the printer and myself as we were working out the kinks of a larger format than the usual 6.625x10.25in we were used with.
Just a quick reminder that the art book is actually supersized and the finished format is 9x12in. And folks, it turned out beautiful, I'm really proud of this art book and what we've accomplished together, thank you all so much for supporting this passion project!
And you will all be able to check it out yourselves next week already! I'm prepping all files for digital distribution via BackerKit and you should be getting BackerKit emails as early as Monday or Tuesday.
On top of the Art Book backers that purchased the full series of comics will also be getting those as well.
I can't stress enough how important it is for backers to fill out their BackerKit Surveys. I still have 27 backers that have not completed theirs and thus won't be able to receive any rewards - digital files included.

Next week an e-mail from BackerKit will arrive with download instructions. Make sure BackerKit e-mails are not ending up in your Spam folder by adding it to your Contacts.
There will not be download links available, it's all done via BackerKit to make sure backers get one digital copy each and protect the book you all helped fund from piracy and copyright infringement.

Let's do this quick and short... BackerKit Surveys are locking down this weekend on SUNDAY (May 31st) at 11:59pm PST!
You don't fill out your Surveys by then your name won't be in our Thank You section. You don't fill out your surveys ever you won't get your rewards and your pledge is forfeit.
To help me fulfill everyone's reward packages I'm using a pledge manager called BackerKit. It's through BackerKit I will be able to see exactly what your pledge gets you and where to ship it to. That's right, I don't have access to a shipping address via Kickstarter.
As of right now I have 43 backers that have not yet filled out their surveys, that's almost 10% of you guys.
If you haven't gotten your Survey in the e-mail registered on your Kickstarter account or if you deleted it by accident please hit the link below to retrieve them:

If you have already completed your survey then ignore this message, you are all set unless you have any last-minute add-on purchases. BackerKit will lock down on May 31st and finalize any extra purchases by then. Your credit cards will be charged on Monday and all purchases final.
The art book is 100% finished and ready to go to print. The last step is compiling the names off your BackerKit Surveys for the Thank You list at the end of the book. I'm thrilled we are going to print with this next week already.
